Please read these terms carefully before using LinkJuiceGrid. By using linkjuicegrid.com, you agree to these terms.

Important:LinkJuiceGrid is operated by Anjana G., an individual sole proprietor, not a registered company. All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkJuiceGrid (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time – continued use means you accept the changes.

2. About the Service

LinkJuiceGrid is an SEO platform that provides:

Keyword cluster building to help you group and organize topics strategically
Internal link building tools to strengthen your site structure
Google Search Console integration for your own properties
On-page SEO reports with recommendations focused on building keyword clusters and internal links across your website

LinkJuiceGrid provides data and analysis tools only. We do not guarantee any improvement in search engine rankings. Results depend on factors outside our control.

3. Your Account

You need an account to use the Service. You agree to:

Provide accurate information when registering
Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Not share your account with others outside your plan
Not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, bans, or refund rules

Notify us immediately at[email protected]if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans & Billing

LinkJuiceGrid is available on monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing:

You authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the start of each billing cycle
Annual plans renew automatically for successive 12-month terms
Monthly plans renew automatically each month
You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your card details. Your billing relationship with Dodo Payments is also subject to their Buyer Terms atdodopayments.com/legal/buyer-terms.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

This applies to all plans and billing cycles, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction with the Service or its data
Unused subscription time or features
Duplicate purchases
Technical issues on your end

We encourage you to explore our free features before subscribing to make sure the Service meets your needs.

Before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, you must contact us at[email protected]and allow 5 business days for resolution. Filing a chargeback for a charge you knowingly authorized is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts involved in fraudulent disputes and recover any chargeback fees incurred.

6. Data We Collect & How We Use It

We collect account information, usage data, and data from any Google Search Console or Analytics connections you authorize. We use this data to:

Create and manage your account
Process your subscription through Dodo Payments
Deliver platform features including backlink analysis, reports, and Google integrations
Analyze how features are used to fix bugs and build new tools
Run anonymized internal SEO research and industry benchmarking
Train internal AI and machine learning models (on aggregated, anonymized data only)

We will never publish or sell data that identifies you or your specific websites. You can opt out of AI/ML data use by emailing[email protected]– opt-outs apply prospectively. For Google integrations, you can revoke access at any time via your Google account security settings; we will stop pulling data within 24 hours.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Violate any laws or third-party rights
Build, train, or improve a competing SEO or link intelligence product
Resell, white-label, or redistribute our data without written permission
Facilitate link spam, private blog networks, link farms, or black-hat SEO practices
Scrape or bulk-export data beyond what the platform permits
Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt our systems
Impersonate any person or organization

Competitors:If you are an operator, employee, or contractor of a direct competitor – any company offering backlink analysis, link intelligence, or SEO data tools – you are prohibited from using the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, data, software, and technology on the Service is owned by LinkJuiceGrid (Anjana Ghimire). You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You retain ownership of any data you upload or connect to the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or SEO outcomes. Search engine rankings are controlled by third parties and are beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your reliance on our data or reports.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that harms other users or the Service. Upon termination, your access ends immediately. You have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
