For AI and machine learning

We use aggregated, fully anonymized data to train internal AI models that power features like link quality scoring, SEO recommendations, and trend analysis. We will never use individually identifiable data or data attributable to your specific account for AI training without your explicit consent.

You can opt out of AI/ML data use at any time by emailing[email protected]. Opt-outs apply to future data collection only — data already incorporated into anonymized models cannot be individually removed.

Any third-party tools we use are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

• Usage and technical logs are retained for up to 24 months

• After account deletion or 60 days post-cancellation, your data is permanently deleted

• Data retrieved from Google integrations is deleted within 30 days of revoking access

• Anonymized, aggregated research data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify you
